Festival rules: Please use location and facilities with due care and observe the following rules!
In order to be able to finance the varied programme as well as the low-priced entrance fee we depend on the sales of food and beverage. Food and drinks may therefore not be brought to the premises – with the exception of water bottles for children and baby food. Please dispose your drinks and food before you enter the festival area.
Camera and audio tape recordings of the artists for commercial purposes without prior permission by the organizers are not allowed.
We reserve the right to deny access to the festival area to heavily drunk and aggressive individuals, so that all guests feel comfortable.
With respect to children’s safety no animals (e.g. dogs) are allowed on the premises!
Please make way for physically impaired guests and wheelchair users in front of the stage.
Camping and open flames are prohibited on the entire premises. All waste is to be disposed off in the designated bins.
Using the bathroom: Follow the signs. Please use the toilet trailer and keep it clean!
No music and drums during concerts or after midnight, otherwise neighbouring residents may have cause for complaints.
Many professional photographers who work for us or for the media will be present at the African Music Festival. Chances are that your picture will appear in our magazine, on our website or in several newspapers. Please be advised that your presence at the festival may lead to your being photographed. We are sorry we cannot ask permission from every visitor individually.
